Melissa RDH, BS
Hygienist
Melissa, RDH, BS, studied year-round for five years at Ferris State University, Michigan, to receive her bachelor’s degrees in Dental Hygiene and Biology/ Pre-Dental in 2003. Melissa was awarded RDH of the year for 2007 and her focus is providing the highest quality patient-centered care.
Her superior clinical work granted her the privilege of board-appointed seats on the following Forward Dental Group Committees: Hygiene and Doctor Leaders, EHSG (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Green), Hygiene Mentors and Leaders, and Product and Technology.
Her previous dental experience also spans beyond the practice of dental hygiene, in roles such as Dental hygiene consultant and Senior Dental hygiene performance coach/ mentor for practices throughout the United States. This has enabled Melissa to better understand the needs of patients.
Melissa recently moved to San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, two sons, and two Labrador retrievers. She enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Jonathon, RDA
Jonathan received his RDA degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and a graduate of O’Connor High School. He is truly thankful for having found a great team to work with everyday. He enjoys talking to his patients about dental care and oral hygiene. He does his best to help patients through dental education and conscientious chair side care. On his spare time, he likes to spend time with family and friends, workout and enjoying the great outdoors.
